Description of Service

Hellow is a chat aggregation tool that combines live chat streams from Kick, TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube into a single interface for streamers and viewers.

User Accounts

  • You must authenticate through a supported third-party platform (Kick, TikTok, Twitch, or YouTube) to use certain features
  • You are responsible for your account and any activity under it
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service
  • Circumvent any access restrictions or rate limits
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service

Chat Content

  • Chat messages are relayed from third-party platforms and are governed by those platforms' terms of service
  • We do not moderate chat content - moderation is handled by the respective platforms
  • We reserve the right to filter or block content that disrupts the service

Service Availability

  • Hellow is provided as-is without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted service
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hellow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
